North American Terminal Operations Rail Yard Expansion, Canexus Ltd. (Bruderheim, AB) Rail --- Designed relocation and protection for industrial water main as well as rain water management to permit site upgrades for expanding existing rail facilities. Civil design covered a 1200-m-long, 200-mm-diameter water main and coordination with site survey in advance of yard expansion including 10 tracks to store an additional 110 cars at a cost of $7 million. The project was planned, designed, permitted, and constructed within a six-month period in 2012.
The original purpose of the site was for Chlor-Alkali. Was that why we were working on expanding it? Nope.

A bit disappointed that Pulp and Paper News archived and removed their 2014 article on the project in 2019 (https://www.papnews.com/canexus-provides-update-on-nato-unit-train-terminal/).
