2000 to 2004

The Vancouver Ultimate League operates the largest long-running recreational ultimate disc sports league in Canada. The VUL is fully dedicated to creating a diverse and welcoming environment for people to come together to play ultimate disc and live with true "Spirit of the Game."

Spirit of the Game revolves entirely around respect and self-responsibility. Respect for yourself, each other, the field you play on and the broader community you play in. Self-responsibility for how you behave and show up in the league.

I was captain of Norfolk and Good. As captain, I assembled, coordinated and nurtured several generations of diverse teams of people interested in playing ultimate disc, progressing from new to skilled recreational players.
