Civil engineer supporting rainwater management and utility management. As sub-consultant, Stantec supported the prime consultant as OE to deliver preliminary and functional design to enhance the container terminal capacity at Roberts Bank. Jessé supports his colleagues giving the multi-disciplinary infrastructure delivery team concept designs and specifications suitable for the chosen procurement model.

Design Tasks supporting the Design-Build program

• Reference Concept Design for Stormwater System covering container terminal and causeway road upgrade (from 28B Avenue to Terminals)
• Reference Concept Design for S-Bend Overpass to service container terminal
• Reference Concept Design for utility impacts to allow Fish Crossing Culverts through the causeway (relocations, storm pump station)
• Cost estimates and Project Delivery Program Concepts

Our work ended when the client decided to change which company filled the Owner's Engineer role.
